Prep & Polish: Prep nails and apply a thin layer of gel (base → color → top).

Power On: Turn on the lamp and choose your timer.

Position Hand/Foot: Place flat inside the lamp; keep fingers spread. Cure thumbs separately for even exposure.

Select Timer: Pick 30 sec–2 min based on gel type and coat thickness (thinner coats = shorter time).

Cure Each Layer: Cure after every coat (base, each color layer, then top). The lamp turns off when the timer ends.

Check & Repeat: If any area looks dull/soft, cure for an additional short cycle.

Remove Tacky Layer: After the final cure, wipe nails with a lint-free pad + gel cleanser/IPA to remove the inhibition layer.

Finish: Apply cuticle oil if desired and avoid water/oil for 30–60 minutes.
