Step 3: Apply Base Coat
Apply a thin layer of Shills Professional Base Coat and cure under a UV/LED lamp according to recommended curing time.
Step 4: Apply Cat Eye Gel Polish
Apply a thin coat of Cat Eye Gel Polish. Apply a second coat and, before curing, hold the magnet close to the nail to create the desired cat eye magnetic effect.
Step 5: Cure the Design
Once the cat eye pattern is created, cure the nails under a UV/LED lamp.
Step 6: Seal with Top Coat
Apply Shills Professional Top Coat to seal the design and provide long-lasting shine. Cure again under the lamp.
Step 7: Finish with Cuticle Oil
