Shills professional Matte Liquid Lipstick is made with a high pigment. This true matte gives one swipe pigmentation for super-saturated payoff. No smudges or transfers, just pure, intense colour.
Our lipsticks are vegan and do not contain any animal-derived ingredients. The lipstick and the raw materials have not been tested on animals. The formula contains no mineral oils, no alcohol and no artificial preservatives and moisturizes and protects your skin. Contains Vitamin E which is well known for theirs moisturizing & softening effect and protect your skin from environmental damage
- To get a smooth matte finish, start with well hydrated lips. If you have dry lips, then best to use a thin layer of lightweight lip balm as a base. This helps fill in any cracks so your matte lipstick will give a smooth and even finish.
- Make the perfect shape of lips with our unique applicator. Define the pout and line the lower lips.
Fill in the lips for perfection and let it dry. Do not dab your lips.
